    Returns & Policy

    Our production team is insanely particular, and we take pride in the quality of our printing and socks.
    To help ensure your custom-printed products turn out well, we offer tips and alerts to walk you through the design process. Each order is carefully checked against our production standards before being shipped out.
    That said, human error does happen, and if we mess up an order on our end, we will happily replace it. Otherwise, we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
    Customer service is very important to us. If you are not totally satisfied with your socks, please contact us, and we can work it out.
    If you have ordered a custom printed item we have a no return policy unless we have made an error or something is not right with the finished product.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
